The iPhone 5 has already been Jailbroken, less than a day after launch.
Popular iPhone developer Grant Paul (chpwn) has just tweeted a screenshot of what appears to be an iPhone 5 with the Cydia Icon at the bottom row.

Still no word on when we can expect a general release of the exploit, but it’s encouraging to see the Cydia application on the taller screen of the new iPhone. We’ll bring you more news as we get it!
